Shipping policy

As the majority of our products are customizable (even if purchasing a design/product directly from the website), please allow time for your order to be completed properly and inspected before it is marked as shipped or ready for pick up. All products have a turnaround time noted on them, if you have questions about turnaround time before placing an order, please contact us at DPwoodworks16@gmail.com. 

Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping or processing. Please select the appropriate shipping method from available options at check out.

Pick up: Orders are able to be picked up at our warehouse/workshop in St.Leonard, MD. PLEASE NOTE - pick up is available by appointment ONLY and appointment times may be limited! (Please remember we are a small family business. We do our best to accommodate our customers, however we do not employees available for shipping/pick up of orders and also try to balance daily lives). Again, please allow time for your order to be completed before it is available for pick up. Once you get a notification that your order is ready for pick up, we will contact you to arrange a pick up appointment, or you may email us at DPwoodworks16@gmail.com. DO NOT come to pick up your order without arranging a day/time in order to make sure someone is available to assist you.
